About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI agents and agentic solutions using
Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader
Microsoft 365 ecosystem. In this role, you will build intelligent, scalable AI solutions that automate business processes, orchestrate complex workflows, and integrate seamlessly across Microsoft platforms including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with Microsoft Copilot technologies, enterprise AI architecture experience, and a passion for building next-generation AI-powered business solutions.
What You'll DoDesign and Build AI Agent Solutions- Develop and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Design multi-agent architectures that support task decomposition, workflow orchestration, tool invocation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Build declarative and custom agents to automate complex business processes.
- Create reusable frameworks, templates, and development standards that accelerate enterprise agent adoption.
Drive Agent Orchestration and Workflow Automation- Architect orchestration layers for planning, execution, validation, monitoring, and recovery.
- Develop scalable agent collaboration patterns and multi-step workflow solutions.
- Build tool, skill, and action invocation pipelines across diverse enterprise systems.
- Optimize agent performance, reliability, latency, and operational efficiency.
Integrate Across the Microsoft Ecosystem- Leverage Microsoft Graph to ground AI solutions in enterprise data and context.
- Design integrations across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Support cross-platform experiences across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver seamless AI-enabled user experiences.
Establish AI Engineering Best Practices- Define standards for prompt engineering, testing, evaluation, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Implement monitoring, observability, execution tracing, and performance analytics for AI solutions.
- Build CI/CD practices and deployment frameworks for agent-based applications.
- Promote responsible AI principles, including governance, security, privacy, explainability, and compliance.
Partner Across the Organization- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives and enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot technologies.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Graph, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions integrated with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Experience building agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI application lifecycle management, testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience building multi-agent systems and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, observability, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI and automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services and Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience creating reusable AI platforms, frameworks, and enterprise development standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within large enterprise environments.
