Must-Have Skills

·        11 Years Professional experience in enterprise application development

·        7 Years Dedicated Salesforce experience

·        5 Years Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced configuration

·        5 Years Senior-level experience supporting large, complex Salesforce environments with strict SLAs and high security requirements

·        5 Years Strong technical background in API design, integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise data exchange

·        3 Years Knowledge of security hardening, identity governance, encryption strategies, and auditability in compliance-driven environments

·        3 Years Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, environment promotion, and DevOps practices

·        3 Years Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, process flows, and well structured operational documentation

·        3 Years Strong proficiency with Salesforce license models and platform optimization strategies

·        Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to train and mentor technical staff

Nice-to-Have Skills

·        Advanced Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, Identity & Access Management)

·        Background in public-sector technology, regulated environments, or statewide system modernizations

·        Experience with observability tools, error monitoring platforms, and secure cloud integration patterns

·        Familiarity with SRE practices, resilience engineering, and performance benchmarking
