Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Ashburn, VA (Hybrid) 1-2 days a week
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise along with hands-on technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules
- Develop and support integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
- Create BI Publisher and OTBI reports
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Support testing, deployment, and release activities
Required Skills
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional experience
- Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting
- Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and OIC integrations
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and security
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Experience working in Agile environments preferred
- Oracle Fusion certifications are a plus
Compensation: 70/hr - 75/hr on w2, 80-85/hr on c2c. This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
