job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and execute projects within a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle operations. This role is responsible for hands-on management of the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and managed service partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while proactively addressing risks and driving progress forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Track and monitor project progress and performance
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Track and forecast project financials
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal teams, and managed service partners
- Facilitate virtual project meetings and discussions
qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager
- Hands-on project management experience required
- Experience with Revenue Cycle processes required
- Bachelor's degree required (technical field preferred, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and escalate when necessary
- ServiceNow experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred
- Middle Revenue Cycle / Coding project management experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
