Job Overview:
We seek a seasoned senior . client partner/business development leader with deep IT solutions and services industry expertise. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-level sales and leadership. You will be responsible for spearheading our sales initiatives, building and nurturing key client relationships, and significantly contributing to the growth and success of ekSource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and secure business opportunities with Fortune 2000 companies, establishing and managing relationships with key clients.
- Lead sales initiatives: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to foster relationships that lead to successful sales outcomes.
- Strategic Client Acquisition: leverage your extensive industry network to drive new revenue streams and achieve growth targets.
- Sales Process Leadership: Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation and needs assessment to value proposition definition and deal closure.
- Market Insight: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, using this intelligence to inform and shape business development strategies.
- Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms that align with ekSource's business goals.
Qualifications:
- Aggressive Business Hunter: Proven ability to identify and capture new business opportunities, with a focus on IT services and solutions.
- Revenue Driver: Demonstrated success in generating $2 $3 million in annual new business revenue over the past three years.
- Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of sales experience in digital transformation, particularly in custom application development, cloud, data, AI/ML, IoT, and automation.
- Technical Acumen: Broad understanding of IT technologies and their implementation, with experience in IT consulting, offshore outsourcing, and project-based business models.
- Relationship Builder: Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, focusing on aligning sales efforts with company growth objectives.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
