Title: Vice President, IT Asset Management & Operations
Role Type: Full-Time

About the Role
Seeking a proven and entrepreneurial Vice President of IT Asset Management & Logistics to join our executive leadership team. This critical role will report directly to the CEO and serve as a stepping stone to C-suite leadership.
The VP will be responsible for scaling operations, driving efficiency, and transforming the logistics function into a corporate-standard business model. The ideal candidate will bring IT Operations & logistics/ITAM/ITAD expertise, strong P&L experience, and a track record of growing organizations to over $100M in revenue and beyond. They must be able to thrive in a hands-on depot environment while also leading at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Partner with the CEO and current operational leadership to scale the business, modernize operations, and transition the team from a family-style to a corporate model.
    • Lead with confidence and credibility, strong enough to handle pushback at the while building trust with executives, employees of all levels, and clients.
    • Directly oversee 3-4 director-level reports, with overall responsibility for depot/logistics center staff and senior managers.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee all logistics, IT Asset Management, IT Asset Disposal, and IT lifecycle operations, ensuring secure, compliance, and efficient processes.
    • Assess existing systems and implement scalable improvements that increase efficiency and revenue.
    • Manage full P&L responsibilities for the logistics division, aligning operational performance with financial goals.
    • Address HR and operational challenges directly and effectively, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Growth & Transformation
    • Drive digital transformation and leverage IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ITAM platforms) to modernize processes.
    • Identify opportunities to double or triple business volume, ensuring operational readiness for rapid growth.
    • Evaluate ROI and implement initiatives with measurable financial impact
    • Expand the company’s ITAM/ITAD footprint
  • Culture & Execution
    • Balance a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with polished, executive-level leadership.
    • Create a scalable culture that resonates with both hourly depot employees and high-level executives.
    • Maintain compliance with R2 certification standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in IT Logistics, ITAM/ITAD, or technology lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of growing a business beyond $100M revenue.
  • Strong P&L ownership experience, with a history of driving efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Comfortable leading in both corporate and hands-on environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cultural adaptability.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, ITAM platforms, and automation preferred.
  • R2 certification knowledge a plus.
