R&D Project manager

Role - Project Manager – WinSS - 471

Location - Foster City, CA 94404 (Onsite)

Visa - All expect opt and H1 transfer

●        We need multiple qualified Project Managers to support our projects; Strong project managers with experience in leading IT and/or Pharma implementations

●        Track and manage milestones and deliverables with the technology vendor and project team members, ensuring they stay on track as per the project plan; Comfortable presenting to executive leadership, including the ability to deliver unpleasant news in a timely manner

●        Work with vendors and ensure work being delivered aligns with contractual details

●        Track and mitigate risks and issues; Complete weekly status reports; Manage project based on IT PMO project governance; Able to lead and manage the project with minimal supervision

●        Assist in the facilitation of monthly Steering Committee meetings including the creation of the steering committee decks; Financial management experience required; Must be able to distil information so that executives can understand.

●        Prior GxP experience highly preferred; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

●        Must be able to complete monthly financial updates to track actuals and accruals against the budget forecast

●        Responsible for creating and managing purchase orders and associated invoices in SAP

●        Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously; Excellent interpersonal skills

●        Able to work with and manage business and technical project team members
