Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Analytics Automation Group, you will:
- Understand functional and technical design specifications for Analytics and Enterprise Applications and translate them into comprehensive test strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for complex UI, data, and customer scenarios.
- Develop, enhance, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD and release pipelines.
- Validate functional behavior across enterprise applications, including data models and reporting layers (RPD).
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, UX designers, and QA to ensure test coverage, quality, and timely defect resolution.
- Participate in defect triage, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Review requirements, functional designs, and technical documentation to ensure testability and completeness.
ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills- Functional knowledge of one or more enterprise application domains: ERP, HCM, CX, and/or SCM
- Strong experience with automation testing frameworks and tools
- Hands-on experience with RPD modeling or semantic layer validation
- Experience with prompt engineering and/or ML model testing (nice to have, not required)
- DevOps experience, including Docker and build/deployment pipelines
Desired Skills- Python (preferred)
- SQL with experience across relational databases
- Selenium or similar UI automation tools
- Exposure to AI testing concepts, such as validating correctness and consistency of AI-generated responses
Preferred Skills and Background- 6-10+ years of experience in software development, test automation, or quality engineering
- Strong experience in automation using Python, Java, Selenium, Jenkins, and scripting languages
- Solid SQL skills with experience across databases such as Oracle, DB2, or Teradata
- Experience developing and maintaining automation test frameworks
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
- Strong debugging skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working with distributed teams across development, product management, UX, and QA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
