Job Description:

Pay Range: $95hr - $100hr

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead and manage large vendor partnerships and multi-year cross-functional programs supporting Product and Engineering teams.
This role requires strong coordination across sourcing, finance, legal, product management, engineering, and operations to ensure successful execution of complex initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, stakeholder influence skills, and experience navigating fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage large vendor partnerships while coordinating with third-party vendors and internal operational teams.
Collaborate closely with sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
Effectively manage schedules to attend recurring meetings and deliver accountable work on time.
Lead large, multi-year program executions with complex cross-team dependencies.
Own coordination, timeline planning, cross-functional meetings, and follow-ups to ensure successful execution.
Design frameworks and processes to enable effective cross-team collaboration.
Support multiple projects to ensure high-quality product releases.
Quickly develop subject matter expertise in the engineering team s product and domain space.
Provide end-user perspective input on requirements and product decisions.
Produce qualitative and quantitative reports for stakeholders to track performance and outcomes.

Experience:

Six to eight years of experience as a Partnerships Manager, Vendor Manager, or Program Manager.
Experience leading medium to large cross-functional initiatives supporting Product and Engineering teams.
Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience managing large contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Sourcing teams.
Experience in performance management with partners, vendors, or direct teams.
Some experience in Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity, or Fraud domains.
Experience working in start-up or fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Must Have (Hard Skills):

Proficiency in Google Suite including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Slides.
Familiarity with Identity, Safety, and Fraud Management methodologies.

Must Have (Soft Skills):

Strong subject matter expertise in product and engineering domain environments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing environments.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate trade-offs across initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to proactively communicate goals, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills including influence, empathy, and clarity.
Strong learning mindset with focus on continuous development.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s Degree preferred.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
