Job Title: Program Manager – Application Development (Agile)
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex programs within the Application Development space. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple interdependent projects, drive Agile delivery, and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

You will be responsible for delivering high-impact programs on time and within budget while mentoring teams and ensuring best-in-class execution practices.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large, complex programs with multiple cross-functional dependencies
• Drive program execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC for application development initiatives
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
• Align business objectives with technical delivery across stakeholders
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams
• Track and report program performance using KPIs and metrics
• Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards are met
• Facilitate executive-level communication and status reporting

 Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Program / Project Management
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Solid understanding of Application Development & SDLC
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Financial Services / Banking / Telecom domains
• Certifications: PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
• Exposure to modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud)
