Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

Build and deploy LLM-based applications, agents, and RAG solutions using LangChain/LangGraph.
Develop prompt workflows, orchestration pipelines, and vector search solutions.
Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
Implement AI governance, safety, compliance, and risk controls.
Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Required Skills:

Strong Python development experience.
Hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
Experience with RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate), and Agentic AI.
Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Safety, and Compliance.
Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Agentic AI, OpenAI, Vector Databases, AI Governance, Cloud AI.

Required Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Agentic AI, OpenAI, Vector Databases, AI Governance, Cloud AI.
