We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to drive the "last mile" execution for a critical integration initiative. This is a high-impact role where you will be the central coordinator ensuring all workstreams come together seamlessly as we approach key milestones. You will work directly with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Go-to-Market, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Support teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum.Your day-to-day will involve running tight operating rhythms—daily standups, stakeholder check-ins, and executive updates—while maintaining a comprehensive integrated plan that keeps everyone aligned. You'll proactively surface risks and gaps, drive issue resolution with clear accountability, and provide leadership with crisp, actionable information when decisions are needed. This role exists because successful integration requires someone who can see across the entire landscape, anticipate challenges before they become problems, and ensure readiness when it matters most.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and maintain an integrated program plan covering dependencies, milestones, risks, and key decisions across all workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional operating rhythms including daily standups, stakeholder check-ins, and executive status updates.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, gaps, and blockers; drive issue resolution with clear owners and due dates.
- Coordinate deliverables across Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Support teams.
- Produce clear, concise program communications including status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, and milestone readiness updates.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and facilitate effective change management across multiple teams and organizations.
- Support leadership by providing crisp escalation paths and presenting options/tradeoffs for critical decisions.
- Track and communicate progress toward "last mile" integration milestones with minimal surprises.
Required Experience/Skills
- Strong program management expertise with proven ability in planning, execution, dependency management, RAID tracking, and operating cadences.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority across multiple teams and organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to create succinct status updates and facilitate productive meetings.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, anticipate needs, and drive follow-through.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations and communicating effectively across all levels from individual contributors to executives.
- High attention to detail with ability to balance big-picture strategy and tactical execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain focus under pressure.
Nice-to-Haves
- Direct experience with M&A integrations or complex cross-organizational initiatives.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet and/or Jira for program tracking and management.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration.
- Experience creating executive-ready reporting and dashboards.
- Background in technology or financial services industry.
Education
