Resource will serve as both a Dynamics Architect and a developer.

Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Position location: Lansing, MI 48933
Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays onsite).
Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule)

Job Description:
This employee provides application development/integration services to the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform. As the System architect, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.
Skillset
5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
Architect Experience 5+ years
Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 3+ years
Microsoft Azure platform.
Azure DevOps 5+ years
Database Architecture Experience- 3+ years
Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
Azure Communications

Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.
