Experience with IWS integration and prior work in clinical laboratory or healthcare IT environments is preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Configure oncology-related tests, panels, markers, and group tests
  • Develop and manage workflow logic, including routing rules, triggers, macros, and actions
  • Set up and maintain departments, workstations, lab IDs, and user roles
  • Manage EDI mappings, reference ranges, and result codes
  • Design and maintain patient report templates, including macros, canned text, and report formatting (headers, footers, comments)
  • Support configuration migration across environments (Dev, QA, Production)
  • Participate in release planning, system updates, and hotfix deployments
  • Ensure system integrity and stability during changes
  • Lead weekly meetings with the SCC vendor
  • Track, manage, and report on vendor tickets and issue resolution
  • Review internal IT tickets, perform root cause analysis, and route appropriately
  • Partner with lab stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
  • Support oncology-specific workflows and operational needs
  • Work closely with configuration leads to ensure timely and accurate delivery
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Hands-on configuration experience with SCC Genzy LIMS (v3.x/4.x)
  • Direct experience with SCC modules: Flow (workflow configuration), DxPath (pathology workflows), SoftAR (billing configuration)
  • Experience building tests, workflows, and system logic within SCC
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, preferably oncology
  • Experience managing configurations across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Production)
  • Experience with IWS (Instrument Workstation) integration (preferred)
  • Prior experience in clinical laboratory or healthcare IT environments (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with vendors and managing support tickets
