Role Overview: The team is seeking a
Data Operations Analyst with strong Power Platform and advanced Excel expertise to support reporting, workflow automation, and SharePoint-based collaboration environments within a large enterprise organization.
This role sits within a high-volume operational environment where the team manages
large datasets related to workforce operations, recruiting metrics, HR data, and operational reporting. The analyst will be responsible for
automating workflows, maintaining SharePoint environments, consolidating data from multiple systems of record, and supporting executive-level reporting. The position is highly hands-on and requires someone who can operate as a
Power Platform "power user", supporting business operations through automation and data management.
The ideal candidate combines
strong technical reporting skills with polished communication, as they will also serve as a backup to leadership in presenting insights and supporting operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Power Automate Workflow Development & Maintenance Act as the primary Power Automate resource supporting workflow automation across the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate workflows that streamline operational processes.
SharePoint Site Administration & Maintenance
Data Consolidation & Operational Reporting Support operational reporting by consolidating large datasets from multiple enterprise systems.
Advanced Excel Data Analysis Excel is the primary reporting
Power BI Dashboard Support - Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards.
- Make modifications to reports based on stakeholder needs.
- Assist with DAX queries and dataset updates when needed.
Required Qualifications - Experience working with Power Automate workflow automation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and large dataset management
- Experience maintaining SharePoint environments
- Experience consolidating data from multiple enterprise systems
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience
