Summary
Job Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days onsite, 2 Days work from home) hybrid role
Job Type: 12 Months contract
- Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery -e.g., governance, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams i.e., vertical and horizontal governance and delivery management.
- Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
- Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Horizontal positions working on various projects/programs
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and BAC project managements tools and capabilities.
- Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- 5-7 years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
- Tableau Experience.
- Independent, Top Performer, Project Manager, Reporting Specialist.
