Summary:
This role provides hands-on support to the Corporate Accounting organization, with a primary focus on supporting the monthly accounting close rhythm — specifically intercompany accounting activities. Outside of the close window, the role will support the GL Maintenance team, which is responsible for general ledger maintenance, data governance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for accounting and finance systems that impact the close process.

Responsibilities:

Support the general ledger close and consolidation process.
Manage the close calendar and book accounting entries such as foreign exchange and intercompany transactions.
Maintain data governance across the GL and SAP environment.
Refresh and maintain Power BI reporting.
Support UAT testing related to the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Strong accounting fundamentals with an interest in finance systems, testing, and process improvement.
Comfortable operating across both operational accounting and systems enablement work.

Experience in UAT testing.
Exposure to SAP, especially S/4HANA.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
