Role: Google Cloud Platform Solution Architect 
Duration: 12 Months

Location: Philadelphia PA  (Hybrid Onsite)

Bill Rate: $100/hr.

Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud Solution architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and webhook integration.
• Deep understanding of Contact Center AI Services (CCAS) and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and IAM.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer).
• Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with conversational analytics and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with enterprise contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9, Twilio).
• Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights.

CES Architect Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, contact center technologies, or conversational AI.
• Proven expertise in Dialogflow CX, including Playbook-based design and orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, App Engine.
• Experience with Python, API integrations, webhooks, and real-time data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Cloud certifications:
  • Professional Cloud Architect
  • CES Specialization
• Experience with multi-channel bot architecture and contact center platforms.
• Background in enterprise solution architecture, AI/ML systems, or cloud-native design.
