12 Years of Experience in Legacy system analysis and modernization strategies.
12 Years of Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly for web-based application development.
12 Years of Experience in gathering requirements elicitation and documentation (business, functional, and technical).
12 Years of Experience in translating legacy application behavior into modern web-based system requirements.
12 Years of Experience in Stakeholder facilitation, communication, and consensus building, Project coordination and task tracking.
12 Years of Knowledge of analyzing SQL-based data models and system integrations.
12 Years of Reviewing system workflows and identifying modernization opportunities.
12 Years of Written, verbal, and presentation communication.
12 Years of Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation.
12 Years of Work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
12 Years of Identify system and compliance gaps and propose feasible solutions.
12 Years of Adapt to evolving technical requirements and modernization complexities.
12 Years of Maintain productive working relationships in a fast-paced project environment.

12 Years of experience in business analysis or PM/BA roles.
8 Years of Demonstrated experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions.
8 Years of Hands-on experience working with .NET development teams and SQL databases.
8 Years of Experience with project management methodologies.
4 Years of Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4Years of Experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government or regulated environments
4 Years of PMP,PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar certification preferred.
