Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, securing, and supporting large-scale enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in routing, switching, network security, cloud networking, data center technologies, wireless infrastructure, and network automation. The candidate will collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across enterprise environments.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and data center networking.
• Expertise in Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or Palo Alto networking technologies.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production networks in large organizations.
• Experience working in Agile and ITIL environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network infrastructure.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Implement high-availability solutions using HSRP, VRRP, VPC, MLAG, and clustering technologies.
• Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions for branch connectivity.
• Monitor network health, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Perform root cause analysis for network outages and implement preventive solutions.
• Configure routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
• Implement network segmentation using VLANs, VXLAN, MPLS, and VRFs.
• Configure enterprise wireless solutions using Cisco Wireless Controllers and Cisco Meraki.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to implement network security best practices.
• Support cloud connectivity with AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud networking.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NAT, QoS, multicast, and IPv6 environments.
• Develop automation scripts for network provisioning and configuration management.
• Create network diagrams, SOPs, architecture documentation, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in on-call production support and major incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
