1. Functional Responsibilities
2. Lead requirement analysis and solution design for Oracle GTM covering
3. Trade Compliance
4. Restricted Party Screening RPS
5. Import Export Controls
6. Product Classification HS ECCN
7. Landed Cost and Duty Management
8. Free Trade Agreements and Trade Programs
9. Configure Oracle GTM rules policies compliance checks and workflows
10. Work closely with business stakeholders Logistics SCM Compliance Finance Legal to ensure regulatory adherence
11. Prepare functional documents BRD FDD test scenarios and support UAT
12. Provide postgolive support rootcause analysis and continuous improvement
13. Technical Responsibilities
14. Design and support endtoend integrations between Oracle GTM and
15. Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion SCM OM Inventory Shipping
16. WMS TMS systems
17. Thirdparty customs brokers and government portals
18. Work with
19. REST SOAP services
20. XML JSON
21. Oracle Integration Cloud OIC or SOAbased integrations
22. Support data migration and mass uploads for GTM master and transactional data using
23. GTM loaders
24. Required Skills Qualifications
25. Strong handson experience with Oracle Global Trade Management GTM
26. Technofunctional expertise across trade compliance system integrations
27. Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM EBS or Fusion
28. Experience with Oracle middleware OIC SOA
29. Ability to debug integration errors and GTM transaction failures
30. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
