Summary

Job Summary The LMS Administrator & Support Analyst will be responsible for administering and supporting the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System while enabling enterprise training initiatives. This role supports course development, LMS administration, reporting, user support, system configuration, and platform enhancements. The position also provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 functional and technical support for the Workday ERP platform, ensuring seamless learning operations and exceptional end-user support. Key Responsibilities Review training requests and plan course development and deployment activities. Provide instructional design recommendations aligned with learning objectives, adult learning principles, and organizational standards. Create, edit, and maintain training content in collaboration with subject matter experts. Develop SCORM-compliant training materials using industry-standard authoring tools. Add AI-generated voice narration to training content. Build interactive learning components, including quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks. Support the creation and maintenance of video-based learning content using AI tools. Apply version control standards for training content and course updates. Perform quality assurance testing to ensure course functionality, accessibility, and accuracy. Deploy training courses within Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), including metadata, versioning, and availability settings. Create and manage learning assignments, course catalogs, and training configurations. Configure system-generated emails, automated notifications, and portal preferences. Monitor Cornerstone platform releases and perform testing for new features and updates. Manage LMS security roles, user access, and integration updates. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS functional and technical issues. Build, schedule, and maintain standard and ad hoc LMS reports. Generate training completion, compliance, and progress reports for stakeholders. Audit LMS data to ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards. Provide recommendations on LMS features, configuration options, and platform enhancements. Support customization of calendars, dashboards, workflows, forms, and user experience features. Assist with LinkedIn Learning integration and ongoing maintenance. Recommend improvements to training operations, reporting, and course management processes. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Workday ERP platform. Perform user account maintenance, password resets, access adjustments, and account suspensions. Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. Create and maintain user documentation, job aids, and training materials. Support access reviews, system enhancements, reporting, and new feature releases. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning and support services. Required Qualifications 310 years of relevant experience in LMS administration, instructional design, or enterprise application support. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Cornerstone Learning administration and governance. Experience developing SCORM-compliant training using authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, or Captivate. Strong understanding of the training development lifecycle and LMS governance standards. Experience creating AI-generated voice narration and integrating it into training content. Experience building reports and analyzing LMS training data. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a corporate environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience using AI tools for LMS content creation and video development. Experience supporting complex enterprise or regulated environments. Familiarity with SSO configurations, user provisioning, and LMS integrations. Experience supporting Workday or other enterprise ERP platforms. Experience integrating and supporting LinkedIn Learning. Experience with instructional design best practices and learning technologies. Education: Bachelors Degree
