Location: Barkhamsted, CT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000 to $80,000 per year

Keep production machinery and facilities running safely and smoothly as a key member of a manufacturing maintenance team.

Must-Haves

5+ years of maintenance mechanic experience or equivalent skills
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on production machinery
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Forklift operation skills
Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and specifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders

What You\'ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
Troubleshoot, repair, program, and maintain manufacturing equipment
Maintain heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems
Complete facility and building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
Repair and adjust locks on doors and cabinets
Help move equipment and set up or break down rooms
Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs across shifts
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with ERP systems, especially Epicor 10
Spanish language skills
