Requirement Understanding

This role requires a senior Technology Architect with strong expertise in enterprise data ecosystems, specifically focusing on data governance, metadata management, and scalable data architecture. The candidate will be responsible for defining data lifecycle strategies, implementing governance frameworks, and leading architecture initiatives across data platforms.

Key Skill Focus

  • Strong experience in Collibra for data governance and metadata management
  • Hands-on expertise with Databricks and data engineering pipelines
  • Deep understanding of Data Warehousing, Datamarts, and Lakehouse Architecture
  • Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, and Metadata frameworks
  • Expertise in building and orchestrating ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Knowledge of data lineage, data quality, and compliance standards

Responsibilities Summary

  • Define and manage data lifecycle processes including ingestion, transformation, and retention
  • Implement data governance frameworks including security, access control, and stewardship
  • Design scalable data architecture (warehouse, lakehouse, datamarts)
  • Lead ETL/ELT orchestration and Databricks pipelines
  • Establish enterprise-wide data standards, policies, and best practices
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure timely project delivery
