Job Details

We're looking for a motivated Project Engineer who's ready to take on real responsibility and grow quickly within a high-impact construction environment. This role is embedded on a large-scale data center project, giving you direct exposure to the full project lifecycle and a clear path into an Assistant Project Manager position.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support the Project Manager with daily coordination of a $30M+ civil construction project
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation to keep work moving efficiently
Assist with scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining project timelines
Partner with field teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress on-site
Monitor budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting
Review plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and execution in the field
Help identify and resolve project challenges in real time

What Success Looks Like:
You become a reliable right hand to the Project Manager within your first few months
You confidently manage project documentation and communication across teams
You understand the flow of the project from preconstruction through execution
You're on track to step into an Assistant Project Manager role as you grow

Schedule & Work Environment:
Onsite, field-based role
Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
