Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Product Manager in Draper, UT.


Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Product Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision for SAP-enabled business capabilities, ensuring technology investments align with organizational goals and drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with deep knowledge of SAP platforms and business processes. They will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to prioritize initiatives, optimize SAP capabilities, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency, user adoption, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for SAP solutions supporting sales, customer management, and related business functions
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate business priorities into actionable product plans
* Identify opportunities to leverage SAP capabilities, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes
* Manage product initiatives from concept through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
* Prioritize product backlogs and feature enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and strategic objectives
* Lead cross-functional collaboration across SAP functional teams, developers, architects, project managers, and business users
* Drive Agile product management practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and release planning
* Monitor product performance and adoption metrics, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with business goals
* Evaluate market trends, SAP innovation roadmaps, and industry best practices to recommend future enhancements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* 4+ years of Product Management, SAP Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, or related experience
* Experience managing products, platforms, or enterprise applications within an SAP environment
* Strong understanding of SAP business processes, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives
* Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and align technology investments with business strategy
* Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery frameworks
* Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders and translating complex requirements into scalable solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
* Experience working with SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Experience (CX), CRM, S/4HANA, or related platforms is highly preferred
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

Preferred Experience:
* SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, or optimization initiatives
* Enterprise application product management
* Sales, customer service, order management, or commercial business process support
* Product roadmap development, business case creation, and value realization tracking
* Vendor and systems integrator management
* Digital transformation and process modernization programs

* Increased business adoption and utilization of SAP solutions
* Measurable improvements in process efficiency and user experience
* Delivery of strategic roadmap initiatives on time and within scope
* Strong alignment between business objectives and SAP product investments
* Continuous evolution of SAP capabilities that drive growth, operational excellence, and customer value

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
