Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Technical Lead / DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Argo CD, New Relic, Python, and Bash.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience building and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, GitOps, observability, automation, and production operations. Candidates should be comfortable independently troubleshooting production issues and working closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.
Manage Kubernetes deployments using Argo CD and GitOps practices.
Deploy and operate production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
Implement observability with New Relic, including dashboards, alerts, monitoring, and performance analysis.
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues.
Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, security, and deployment efficiency.
Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash.
Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Work with Kubernetes components including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, and RBAC.
Apply DevSecOps practices and security controls.
Use AI-assisted development/coding tools for scripting, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code reviews, with appropriate testing, security validation, and human review.

What We Are Looking For
We need someone who is strongly hands-on, not just theoretically familiar with DevOps tools. The candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot production problems, automate repetitive operational work, and work across both cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
