We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a vital part of our organization, utilizing their expertise in PCBA Development within electronics manufacturing to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the manufacturing processes.
2. Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and cycles.
3. Managing various areas of manufacturing including PCBA Development and PCB.
4. Implementing strategies in the production process to promote efficiency.
5. Collaborating with design engineers to improve product design for manufacturability and economical production.
6. Investigating and troubleshooting product and production issues.
7. Providing technical expertise and training to other team members.
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Designing and improving electronic parts, components, products, and systems for effective manufacturing.
10. Implementing EMS to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be highly advantageous.
2. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proven experience in SMT and PCB operations.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex manufacturing operations.
6. Strong technical skills including the ability to manage large, cross-functional projects.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a range of key stakeholders.
8. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
10. Strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulations.
