Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and success of our products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle

• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product reviews

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery

• Measure product performance using KPIs and user feedback

• Make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes

• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SaaS or digital products

• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)

• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)

• Technical background or experience working closely with developers
