Who we're looking for

TFS's Enterprise Data and Technology Team Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Product Manager - Data Products. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise?grade data products that support business growth, operational efficiency, and risk management. Reporting to the Product Director, the person in this role will support the department's objective to build scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions that advance the organization's data and analytics capabilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Executing the multi?year product strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products, including data platforms, APIs, analytics solutions, and ML?enabled capabilities.
  • Leading the end?to?end product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization.
  • Partnering with data engineering, ML engineering, and platform teams to design scalable architectures and ensure high?quality delivery.
  • Ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance, data quality, and regulatory frameworks such as CDand SOX.
  • Serving as a primary liaison for business stakeholders, communicating product vision, progress, and outcomes across cross?functional teams.


What you bring

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data products, data platforms, or ML?driven solutions.
  • Deep expertise in data product management with strong technical fluency across data engineering, data modeling, APIs, and ML workflows.
  • Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort working directly with data for validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience collaborating with data science teams to operationalize ML models and integrate predictive insights into business workflows.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive?level presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable data products in regulated financial environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), data warehouses, or data lake architectures.
  • Knowledge of API design, data marketplaces, or self?service analytics tools.
  • Product management or data governance certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, CSPO).
  • Familiarity with advanced data governance practices or regulatory reporting environments.
