Job Title: Senior ETL Data Analyst

Pay Range: $54.37hr - $59.37hr
Job Overview:
The candidate will provide analytics support for the organization s NPA and zonal electrification programs, an initiative focused on accelerating building electrification to avoid gas infrastructure investments and support long-term decarbonization goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an extract-transform-load data pipeline across multiple different core data environments to screen and prioritize electrification opportunities across the organization s system.
- Provide recommendations to enhance data pipeline with new data sources and improved data processes.
- Create automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data manipulation and data cleansing.
- Develop and communicate clear, concise, and actionable data analyses in the form of dashboards or ad hoc reports.
Education Minimum:
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Experience:
4+ years of related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired):
- Advanced skill in Python (or similar programming languages) for data analysis and automation.
- Advanced skill in SQL and database query languages for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from data environments.
- Advanced skill in designing and maintaining ETL processes for large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
- Experience in GIS preferred.
- Familiarity with utility operations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and effectively communicate findings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
