Description
We are seeking a skilled professional for a contract position in digital payments operations.
This role requires expertise in payment processing technologies and compliance standards.
Candidates will work a 3am-11:30am shift in a hybrid setting in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic regions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute wire transfers, cashier’s checks, and other digital payment processes efficiently.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including fraud prevention and risk management protocols.
Analyze and resolve complex payment issues while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Review payment instructions and documentation with precision to avoid errors and financial losses.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in digital payment operations, including faster payments and related processes.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including OFAC screening and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking and decision-making.
Detail-oriented approach to reviewing and processing financial transactions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
