Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Test Lead with deep expertise in ETL/BI data testing to join our team in Boston. This role demands strong technical proficiency in modern data platforms and validation frameworks, with hands-on implementation experience in Snowflake and DBT environments.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of leading end-to-end data validation strategies across complex data pipelines and BI ecosystems.

Required Qualifications

  • Boston, MA location is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ETL/BI Data Testing.
  • Deep expertise with Spotfire, Snowflake, and DBT (DBT required).
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance frameworks.
  • Experience with automated data comparison and validation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Git/Bitbucket for version control.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Prior experience leading data testing teams or mentoring QA engineers.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise data transformation programs.
