Job Description:
- Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.

Troubleshoot issues in a complex enterprise environment.
Design and implement integration solutions leveraging WebSphere MQ
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Split, or weekends).
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
All candidates will need 3+ years experience with:
- IBM Websphere MQ
- Troubleshoot issues in a complex enterprise environment o Design and implement integration solutions leveraging WebSphere MQ.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus.
- Knowledge of Kafka a plus.
- Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of Kafka
Ansible / automation
Windows and Linux is also a plus
