We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer with strong expertise in endpoint engineering, Windows and macOS environments, endpoint management, automation, and advanced troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Endpoint Engineering, or related IT infrastructure roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.

  • Experience with Ivanti Neurons and endpoint management solutions.

  • Expertise in scripting, automation, application packaging, and software deployment.

  • Strong L3 troubleshooting and endpoint engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 endpoint engineering support for Windows and macOS.

  • Manage endpoint configurations, application packaging, and software deployments.

  • Develop scripting and automation solutions to improve endpoint operations.

  • Build reusable automation, technical documentation, and standardized solutions.

  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and provide advanced technical support.

  • Enable Level 2 support teams to independently resolve issues through documentation and knowledge sharing.

  • Improve endpoint management processes, operational efficiency, and support capabilities.
