We are seeking an experienced Exchange Online Administrator / Service Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support Microsoft Exchange Online within the Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Exchange Online administration, mail flow, security engineering, troubleshooting, automation, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, administer, and support Microsoft Exchange Online services.
  • Provide L3/SME-level troubleshooting for complex messaging, mail flow, authentication, and delivery issues.
  • Manage Exchange Online configurations, including transport rules, connectors, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and retention policies.
  • Implement and manage security controls, including anti-spam, anti-phishing, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Safe Links, and Safe Attachments.
  • Configure and manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, modern authentication, and mail flow security.
  • Lead and support Exchange Online security implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
  • Monitor service health, investigate security events, and resolve complex production issues.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft support and cross-functional teams to resolve critical service incidents.
  • Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
  • Support change management, testing, deployments, and Microsoft 365 governance initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online administration and service engineering.
  • Expertise in mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and Exchange Online PowerShell.
  • Experience implementing Exchange Online security controls and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
  • Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, modern authentication, and mail flow troubleshooting.
  • Experience providing L3/SME-level production support and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security, identity integration, and operational governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills.
