Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Staff SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to:
  • Partner with strategy, functional, technical, and UX experts to architect, design, and lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations that address the key needs of HR organizations and their workforces.
  • Design, Development, and Implementation of the HR Service Delivery module including Case and Knowledge management, Employee Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Machine Learning, HR Workspace, and AI search.
  • Work with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications.
  • Support the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions.
  • Configure and enhance the core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Integrations, and Reporting.
  • Implement integrations with ServiceNow, 3rd party solutions, and internally developed applications.
  • SNOW Certified System Administrator required.
  • Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation.
  • Position requires experience in the following:
    • ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
    • Building user interface using HTML, CSS; JavaScript
    • Building user interface using Angular Framework.
    • Scoped app development, working in service portals.
    • Widget creation, configuring and customizing HR life cycle events (HRSD), and creating custom reports.
  • Certification Required: SNOW Certified System Administrator

Worksite:Austin, TX

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $163,550.00 USD to $210,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
