Low Voltage Technician - Cable Installation

Location: LG Plant in Clarksville, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Project Length: Approximately 1 month with potential for long-term opportunities.

Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking Low Voltage Technicians to support a structured cabling project at the LG plant. Technicians will work alongside a helper to pull and install Cat6 and fiber optic cabling throughout the facility. This role requires working from lifts, following site safety standards, and contributing to a fast-paced construction environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of structured cabling experience
• Experience pulling Cat6 and fiber optic cable
• OSHA 10 certification
• Lift certification and/or proven lift experience
• Ability to provide personal hand tools and required PPE

Work Environment

• Active construction site
• Large facility with extensive walking required
• Fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment
• Exposure to hot conditions while working indoors and outdoors

Employee Value Proposition

This project is expected to last approximately one month; however, strong performers may have the opportunity to transition to a larger Nashville-area project expected to run for the next year. Additional travel opportunities to projects across the country may also be available through TEKsystems.

Business Need

The customer is working against aggressive project deadlines and requires additional technicians to help complete the cabling installation on schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
