Finance ERP Implementation Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance ERP Implementation Specialist in Oakwood, GA.

Overview:
We are seeking 2 highly skilled and proven Finance ERP Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of M3 (ERP) solution across core finance functions. This role partners closely with finance stakeholders, business process owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, standardized, and high-quality ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge of finance processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, & Cost Accounting) combined with hands-on ERP implementation experience, ideally in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.

Role and Responsibilities:
Testing & Deployment:
* Develop and execute test scenarios, including unit testing, some integration testing, and UAT
* Support defect tracking, root cause analysis, and issue resolution from initial rollout and ongoing
* Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hyper care support

Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders and business process owners
* Facilitate training, workshops, and change management activities
* Communicate risks, issues, and status updates clearly across stakeholders and to project managers

Pre and Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement:
* Assisting with cutover activities, provide post-implementation support and stabilization (Hypercare), including month end hyper care support activities
* Identify enhancement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage releases and upgrades

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
* 3-8+ years of experience in ERP implementations with a focus on finance modules

Strong knowledge of:
* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable/Receivable
* Financial reporting and close processes

* Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor's M3, or similar ERP systems like SAP, and Oracle
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
