Summary

Sr. Full Stack Developer

Location: Dallas, TX
Work Mode: On-site (5 days a week)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (NOT Java Developer) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies such as Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, QA teams, and engineering leaders to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications using Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and engineering to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Stay up to date with modern development frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, and system performance.
Attend work regularly and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Experience with GraphQL, JSON, and API integrations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience with code reviews and mentoring team members.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.
Experience working closely with UI/UX designers and implementing cross-browser compatible solutions.
