Job Description
In this role as the IT Program Coordinator you will support the IT Program Management Office in driving business transformation. You will have the unique opportunity to facilitate collaboration among a diverse team of professionals from Business Product and Technology backgrounds. Leveraging your strong organizational skills and proactive approach you will be instrumental in coordinating diverse programs assisting with impactful leadership communications and effectively managing executive requests. Experience Required: 3 years of experience in an operational strategic or executive support role ideally within the automotive finance industry or a large complex organization. Experience working directly with high level leadership Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of management Work well in a team environment Exceptional time management skills and prioritization skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Jira Experience Preferred: Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with changing priorities Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Requirements: N/A

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
