A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Datacenter Project Manager

Position type: Fulltime - Contract role
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension/Hire)
Location: Bowling Green, OH

As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will:

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Employ construction technology platforms (Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, etc.) while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Manage construction accounting principles, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
Utilize industry-specific estimating and engineering best practices.
Manage project delivery methods (lump sum, GMP, design-build, cost-plus, etc.) and oversee financial forecasting.
Identify and implement change management strategies to address project adjustments.
Communicate project updates and present information effectively to stakeholders, clients, and teams.
Resolve conflicts, organize priorities, and maintain discipline in project execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline (relevant experience may substitute).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience overseeing large, structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects.
Strong knowledge of safety standards, construction accounting, and cost forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and construction platforms (Bluebeam, Procore, Textura).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

OSHA-30 Hour Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
BICSI RCDD or RTPM certification.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $58 - $60 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
