What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of electrical or mechanical experience
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Install and assist in the installation of mechanical commercial food equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensure all work follows Hobart Service safety procedures and industry standards
- Maintain tools, service vehicles, and inventory responsibly
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support company financial goals
- Stay current on equipment, technology, and industry trends
- Follow safe driving and operational policies
