- Act as a bridge between business users (Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance) and technical teams (Icertis developers/support).
- Gather and document business requirements for Icertis CLM
- Analyze contract workflows, clauses, approvals, and obligations
- Define functional designs (workflows, rules, metadata, templates)
- Work closely with Icertis developers to explain requirements
