Job Title: Functional Analyst II – RTLS & Digital Manufacturing Systems
Experience Level: 3–5 years
Summary: The Functional Analyst II plays a key role in the design and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions. This role involves translating business needs into functional designs, supporting system integration, and ensuring successful adoption of new technologies across operations, quality, and materials functions.
Responsibilities: · Lead requirements gathering sessions and process mapping workshops.
· Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
· Support configuration and testing of RTLS, Andon, and analytics systems.
· Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical designs. · Deliver training and support change management initiatives.
·Monitor system performance and support benefit realization tracking
. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. · 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing systems, ERP, or digital transformation. · Familiarity with RTLS, MES/MOM, or ERP platforms (e.g., Infor CloudSuite). · Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
