UIPath Lead

The Integration and Automation team's domain manager is currently committed to a special project, and the VP is running this team directly. This contractor steps in to provide day-to-day technical leadership for the team, with a focus on lending automation initiatives and the team's evolving UIPath structure.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support automation development across large loan and lending initiatives
• Own hands-on delivery in UIPath including building, reviewing, and guiding automation workflows
• Support the team's transition to UIPath's modern architecture and automation framework
• Coordinate integration points between lending platforms, core banking systems, and automated workflows
• Provide technical mentorship and day-to-day guidance to the automation team in the absence of the domain manager

What We're Looking For

• Strong UIPath experience both development and platform governance (UIPath Orchestrator, Modern Folder structure preferred)
• Background in automation within a lending or financial services environment familiarity with loan origination, servicing, or decisioning workflows is a strong plus
• Ability to step into an interim leadership role with minimal ramp time
• Experience working in credit union or community banking environments preferred
• Comfortable collaborating directly with a VP and operating with autonomy
