We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead with 12+ years of experience in IT, Java, Angular, AWS, and Oracle to lead development while actively contributing to coding and design. The role involves driving architecture, building scalable applications, and managing a team of developers in an agile environment. You will lead by example—owning key technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality, performant solutions. Strong experience in REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development is essential, along with the ability to collaborate across product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and AWS services.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with backend systems using Oracle DB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, QA, and DevOps.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across devices and browsers.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Maintain and enhance application security, scalability, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
Hands-on experience with Angular (v16 or higher preferred).
Understanding and experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures in Oracle.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS DevOps tools.
Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, New Relic).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
