Summary
Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultants
Location: Remote
Role Type: Contract
and GC
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultants with strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SPM within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow SPM
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Support areas such as Demand Management, Project/Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and financial planning
- Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and related SPM functionality
- Troubleshoot SPM issues and provide ongoing production support
- Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and enhancements
- Recommend ServiceNow SPM best practices and process improvements
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM configuration and implementation
- Knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with both technical and business teams
Preferred
- ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification preferred
- ServiceNow implementation experience in enterprise environments
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CSA are a plus
