This role is accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and risk tolerances.
The successful candidate will translate business needs into executable project plans, coordinate IT, business, vendor, and external partner teams, and apply disciplined project management, monitoring, and control practices. The role requires strong expertise in integrated planning, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting to support timely decisions and successful delivery across enterprise IT and utility-related technology initiatives.

· Monitor performance against approved baselines, including schedule, critical path, cost, resources, quality, risks, and benefits. Identify variances and emerging issues early, maintain realistic forecasts, and develop corrective actions and recovery plans.
· Define measurable outcomes, KPIs, baselines, targets, acceptance criteria, and benefits measures. Track progress and validate results through post-implementation reviews.
· Manage budgets, forecasts, resource capacity, procurement, vendor commitments, statements of work (SOWs), deliverables, invoices, acceptance criteria, and contract changes.
· Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations using Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and approved project portfolio management (PPM) tools. Communicate project health, accomplishments, milestones, risks, dependencies, variances, decisions, and recommended actions.
· Facilitate project kickoffs, requirements workshops, design reviews, risk assessments, steering committees, and lessons-learned sessions. Coordinate business units, IT, operations, architecture, cybersecurity, data teams, vendors, and external partners.
· Oversee requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, organizational change, deployment, operational readiness, and stabilization.
· Maintain actionable risk, assumption, issue, dependency, decision, action, and change logs. Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity, privacy, records management, procurement, architecture, and regulatory requirements. Complete project handoffs, financial closeout, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
Key Deliverables:
