Rate: only on W2 (Slightly flexible on rate for right candidate)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with handson experience in NICE Actimize (ActOne/RCM), Java development, SQL, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, experience building ActOne/RCM plugins, and a proven ability to deliver highquality solutions in an Agile enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the NICE Actimize Case Management platform (ActOne / RCM).
- Build and maintain ActOne/RCM Java plugins, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to platform standards.
- Develop highquality Java applications with a solid understanding of the Java memory model.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and work across multiple database platforms.
- Implement cloudnative and 12factor application patterns in distributed systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment to deliver highquality software.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.
- Work with eventstreaming technologies such as Kafka to build scalable integrations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in software engineering, demonstrated through professional experience, training, military service, or education.
- Handson experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne / RCM) development.
- Experience developing ActOne/RCM Java plugins.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization.
- Experience writing Java applications, including plugins for ActOne.
- Knowledge of 12factor and cloudnative design principles.
- Cloud experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, and methodologies like TDD or BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience working with database platforms such as MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
- Experience with Kafka for eventdriven architectures.
